Indian Hills Golf Club is a private golf club located 7 miles west
of Stillwater and 4 miles east of North
St. Paul on Keats Avenue just north of Highway 36. The Club was constructed
in
the late 1960’s and opened for play late summer of 1970. Privately
owned, it is
generally regarded as one of the finest layouts in the Twin
Cities.
Par is 72 for men and 74 for ladies. Yardage from
the middle tees is 6416 with ladies
yardage being 5711. The Course is gently rolling with a moderate
amount of trees
and enough water to test the sturdiest of character.
Over the years Indian Hills has been proud to host the Minnesota
State Open and for 15 years was co-host of the Tapemark Charity Pro
Am which is still going strong after 35 years. The club has hosted
the MGA Senior 4 Ball, MGA Men's 4 Ball, MWGA Ladies 4 Ball and MWGA
Mid-Handicap Championship. Indian Hills Golf Club is excited to announce
that the U.S. Amateur Championship Sectional will be held
at the club in August of 2009. The club has also hosted many other
state events for men, women, seniors and juniors.
